Sesame Soy Baked Salmon

This is my go-to soy-sauce based salmon recipe. It’s sweet, tangy, savory, and packed full of flavor. I make it in bulk a day or two before I want to eat it, and keep it in the fridge. To be honest, I prefer it cold. Mix the sauce with some mayo and skip the rice to make an Asian-inspired salmon salad.
